Creamy Cancer Eggs for Easter
I am not Catholic and I don’t celebrate Easter, but it is a nice time of year to get together with the fam’ and have some ham (although I am not eating ham at the present moment either…). Anyway…
This is another international cancer post of sorts brought to you by Dougie Matthew’s who is doing a fundraising stunt for the Love Hope Strength Foundation. Later on today Dougie will attempt to eat 16 Cadbury Creme Eggs. Apparently it is a difficult task and? if you ask me, visions of Mr. Creosote keep popping into my head just thinking about it.
If you are interested in donating to Dougie’s missery, I mean, donating in support of his fine efforts you can do so here.
The Love Hope Strength Foundation is a good one to know about. Below is a snippet about what they do.
Love Hope Strength Foundation (LHSF) is an international charity with chapters in the US, UK and Australia. Founded by leukemia survivors Mike Peters of the Welsh rock band the Alarm and President of CSI Entertainment James Chippendale with the goal of providing all cancer patients with the same opportunities that they had, including access to information, quality cancer treatment and the best medication available. The Love Hope Strength Foundation (LHSF) raises funds and awareness for international cancer centers and networks through music-related events and promotions.
