The I'm Too Young For This! Cancer Foundation for young adults (i[2]y)
is a global support community for young adults affected by cancer.
Our mision is to improve quality of life by providing 'one-stop' access to hard
to find resources, per support and social networks. We use music and the arts
to make it hip to be a survivor and talk about cancer by advocating on behalf of
over 200 young adult support resources and 1M+ survivors aged 15-39 who are
curently living with and beyond cancer worldwide.

ACOR (Association of Cancer Online Research)****
ACOR is a MAJOR portal full of resources that include all sorts of publications (even scientific abstracts!), information about specific cancers, information about clinical trials, a whole companion site about cancer pain, another companion site called Oncochat (an online support group). It even includes young adult specific information.
COG (Children's Oncology Group) Cure Search
Make sure to also go to curesearch.org! (which is a different link than is below) The link below is COG, which has Long-Term Follow Up Guidelines for survivors of child and young adult cancer and a great tool to find out where different services exist in cities across the world. Its internationally fabulous information.
